Emma Cotter is a fine artist and tattooer from the Manahawkin/LBI region of southern New Jersey. She graduated from Stockton University with a bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Visual Arts. She currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee & tattoos at Duel In the Sun in East Nashville.
